By using the services of Safari Tours ("we", "our", or "us"), including booking a taxi or tour through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Pickup and drop from nearby railway stations

• Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or through our website.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team.
• Please provide accurate pickup location, date, time, and number of passengers when booking.
• We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (October–March).

• Pricing is based on the type of vehicle, distance, and duration of the trip.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and permits (if applicable) are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment can be made in cash or through UPI/online transfer as agreed at the time of booking.

Full Refund

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund (if any advance payment was made).

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No Refund

No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Safari Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or vehicle issues. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Safari Tours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.

Safari Tours strives to ensure safe and comfortable travel. However, we shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

• All vehicles are regularly maintained, cleaned, and insured as per regulatory requirements.
• Drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with Wayanad roads and routes.
• Safari Tours reserves the right to assign or change the vehicle or driver based on availability.
