Chembra Peak

According to legend, Goddess Sita bathed in the heart-shaped lake at Chembra Peak, and it is said this lake has never dried up. The view of the mist-covered peaks while walking through tea plantations creates one of the most magical trekking experiences in Kerala.
Important: Permission from the forest office is required before starting the trek. The trail is ideal for weekend trips with family or trekking expeditions with friends.
